I agree with you to a certain extent, but the culture at Redskins Park was in need of a serious overhaul. I'm not for "sending a message" every offseason, but I do think Shanahan has every right to lay down the law. The culture of player entitlement and me-first has got to go if we ever hope to be real contenders.

The culture that really needs to be changed is the culture of change. The more things change the more they stay the same.
