yeah i know he can't be cut. i was just saying i wish that would happen. what would happen if we traded him? same result?

damn. what if we restructured his deal so he gets less money now, then cut him. would we still have his numbers on the future salary cap?

All restructuring does is delay the inevitable. By reducing the cap # in the short run, you're pushing it to later in the contact, then once you cut or trade the player it all comes due.
