If you don't have a dome or warm climate, then you need one of these new state of the art deals before the owners will consider your bid for a SuperBowl. Fed EX Field just will not cut it.

I'm sure he'll get it up to speed if the carrot is there for a potential Super Bowl. The HD screens going in are probably just the beginning of the upgrades.
