That's pretty much it, BL, nice job. Players that have lost eligibility or choose to enter the NFL later than the regular draft are included in the supplemental draft.

is there any chance Mike Williams and Clarret could be in the supplemental draft if the new ruling next week goes against them? I know WR isn't a weakness but how sweet would it be if we got the first pick in that draft and were able to select Williams who's pretty much a bonafide top 15 pick in the regular draft.

If the new ruling goes against Clarrett then they will be ineligible for the draft, but of course Clarett will appeal to the Supreme Court. If the SC rules in Clarett's favor, then the players would be immediately eligible in which case the NFL would hold the supplemental draft. I don't think the NFL will win, primarily because it doesn't need any artificial barriers. The NFL normally does a good job of weeding out the guys who can't really play. So high schoolers are welcome to try, but most teams won't waste a pick on a kid who may or may not be ready, there's enough uncertainty already.
