It makes me think of that guy named Manuel Uribe, from Mexico. He was over 2,000 pounds at one point, but he was totally healthy, had no diabetes or anything.

He finally had the weight loss surgery, and I think last year he was down to 5 or 600 pounds....which is amazing for him
