it is his former company, Champions LLC. Brunell was paying the loan solely on his own, and for his own well-being, could not afford to pay it any more. He was also unable to reach any kind of settlement with the creditors.

So Mark Brunell and his family are fine. His company however, is not.

yeah that was kind of cleared up.. just wonder how much of his money he sunk into it
