I don't want fear to dictate our moves, I honestly believe everything that has happened this offseason for him and the banishment to buffalo last year will keep him from acting out. TO wants to be in the spotlight and we are his only ticket back into the NFC East

Also T.O. saves us the picks that we would use for the draft. If he doesn't become the number 1 guy at least he will raise the level of competition in DC.
