Anyone not willing to lower their ego a bit for the sake of the team is likely to be prideful. What does that mean?....me first, team second. Does this affect ability...no...but it does affect team cohesion and trust...yes. This issue sounds pretty familiar to Skins fans. __________________ I hate Dallas...Period
