As for PG-13 psychological thrillers, I did like The Haunting in Connecticut from a few years back. Thought that was surprisingly good.

OK gorehound... strap on your 3D glasses and get in the water. Piranha 3D is major fun! Crazy film that needs to be seen to be believed.
