For the record the reason the state bans smoking in a bar is because of the workers. If you are a non-smoking bartender why should you be forced to possible getting lung cancer.

Everyone has the right to work in a safe environment, well at least on paper.

Didn't mean to thread jack and tried to keep it short. My original intent was to help with the IL having some insight to their side of things as well as years of experience with the effects of nicotine and tar on the immediate environment.
