How many times we have watched games and the team came out on their first drive and stalled and had to punt. It's nice to see the offense doing something right even though they still have a ways to go.
Good job on opening script, not so much once off the script. KS has to start doing a better job of in-game adjustements.

I agree that Torain is very interesting in the aspect of what he will bring to the running game. However, I think Portis pass protection is getting WAY over looked. That is going to be a big portion of Torains game that has to get better, QUICKLY

This was to be my comment exactly. We may run the ball better but look for Mcnabb to be on his back more too. It's a tradeoff for me; but I would be lying if I said I wasn't excited to see what these fresh legs can do. Hopefully Torain can stay healthy, knock on wood.

What I'm wondering is if Kyle and Mike are doing such an unbelievable job on the script that it's completely masking the fact that our offense really, really sucks.

Maybe we're just completely outclassed by NFL defenses as a team (after the first half), but we can stretch a few really good playcalls against our opponents over a half to give us a lead to hold in the second half.

Because the alternative is that we just suck at making adjustments.
