I saw one for myself when I was in NYC in the spring, the one I saw was above ground. Pretty cool to see how packed in all the cars are.

I've never been to NYC but I saw a picture of one in NYC. They are cool for low traffic areas that have a shortage of storage but they cannot turn enough volume for most places.

 Of course yours comes in a close second. There was actually a more ghetto version of yours on Heavy Rain, but it made me feel clausterphobic. Fast forward to 6:30

This is how we make more room for parking without raising taxes.
 I know what your thinking. How do they get the car stacked up like that.  This is parking for compact cars. Get it.  This is the concept in its early design stage.  This is what happens if you park in a no parking zone.  This is parking for cars with a sun roof. Also known as Car-Ka-Bob
