Which I think people should remember about the Cowboys. They didn't come into this season a bad football team. They came in a good one. Nobody on that team has improved at all, and if anything, a lot of the veterans have badly regressed. On defense and the OL, especially.

I'd argue that they did come into the season as a bad football team but full of talent. The full of talent is also in question now.

Well, then they played above their head for three weeks (mostly on defense) and then reverted to true form later.
