I didn't think of Fischer cause I figured he would be tied up in Tenn. plus I just don't see him leaving unless he has a crappy year and the fans/owner does not want him there anymore. So I could only think of Cowher but as many have reported Cowher is eyeing the Panthers job.

I don't know I just figured if JJ was smart he would do what Snyder did and hire a GM and hire a HC, one that has battled against MS and have had close games. The only one that really scares me going to Dallas is Cowher. Only cause there were some pretty knock down drag out games between Denver and Pittsburg back when both were playing against each other.

To be honest, It wouldn't be smart for JJ to find a coach based on what Shanny has done in the past. Nobody is afraid of him without Elway. Besides we in no way resemble those Bronco teams at all.
