How are you going to look for a new head coach with a current head coach under contract, and then decide to go with the current head coach when none of the flashier names pan out? I know Sparano hasn't wowed anybody since his first season at the helm, but if you are going to look for a new head coach, you need to do the right thing and let your current coach go. Don't be like, oh we can't find a better one, so we're just going to stick with you. I'd be pissed if I was Sparano, but it's not like he can quit because then he'll lose his salary and I doubt he wants that.
