Re: Would an exclusive Superbowl Stadium work??
So what would be the benefits of having it at the same site every year?

Re: Would an exclusive Superbowl Stadium work??
Well, it would certainly be more efficient for the NFL to not have to use the resources dealing with all the bids, the criteria for hosting and dealing with various entities on why or why not certain cities are eligible. They would also not have to listen to all the butthurt stadium owners and mayors of towns that can't have a super bowl.
I'd say that is not enough beef to warrant a "this city only" stadium but it sure would cut down on the drama. If anything they should work on making sure all the teams endeavor to build domed stadiums. Then everyone is eligible and they could just go down the list and let everyone have a Super Bowl.
