Corrosive ammo is no big deal if you understand it properly. The salt in the primer is what attracts moisture = corrosion/rust. I just bring the popular solution which is a bottle of Windex and spray down the bore and the bolt then do my regular cleaning, then oil.
Its really quite easy. A few years ago when it was ultra cheap I bought a few thousand rounds of surplus 7.62x54R and continue to shoot it.
