Its kind of like your dad with a smoke in his hand yelling at you about smoking. It also does not send a good example for children and in Obama's case the left have been attacking big tobacco for 20 some years now. I personally don't care if they smoke its their choice.

Plus his wife's huge health campaign (that she doesn't follow herself, she's packing on the pounds as her husband chain smokes). It's more of an insult because they're not practicing what they're preaching, and trying to mandate unconstitutionally. Less about the act, more about their attitude.
