Who actually voted NO ?!!!!? $5 million a year- done. Why would we turn away the best receiver we have had this millenium? Age 32 ok, build around him but that WR screen of his and a lesser role and stretch his health/career out seems solid to me. Thats also not a lot of money to throw at our top receiver. Moss the Boss !!!!

$5mil a year is a bargain for Moss. We'd be stupid to let him go if that's all he's asking for in a 2 or 3-year deal.

You'd turn away the best receiver we've had this decade for the same reason you wouldn't offer Brett Favre a $20 million dollar contract despite a QB need: because the player you'd be paying for is available only in the past.
