I like what I see in the highlights. This guy isn't just playing on instinct. Most of those ints are from a combination of route recognition and watching the QB. Very likely they're coming from film study as well. Some of these look like a quick diagnosis and a very easy pick because he knows where the ball is going.

Worst case scenario (given that he's healthy) is that we end up with a good number of picks/fumbles and a good number of blown coverages a la D. Hall.

Best case scenario is that we just signed another London Fletcher type to play free safety.

I'll concur that this is a reasonable contract for this guy and filling holes with FAs that can still play that don't cost us picks is fine by me.
