It's their job to get it right and not screw it up. There really wasn't much upside to the McNabb deal. You don't make blockbuster trades for a single 33 year old when your team is 15 pieces away from being good. Even if there was upside and it just didn't pan out it was still a horrible deal. Jamaal Brown was probably a good trade at the time, but that didn't work out. There was upside, just didn't pan out.

Carriker was a very good trade for us.
