Re: 2011 NFL Draft
I can't see shit. All this is, is close ups of Locker throwing without showing where the balls going.

What are you talking about, almost every throw shows where it's going

Re: 2011 NFL Draft
Now they're doing it, but for the first 9 or 10 throws it was all close ups with maybe a panning of the camera showing where the ball was going. On half of them they didn't even bother to take the camera off Locker.

Re: 2011 NFL Draft
The first few throws the focus was on showing Locker's feet

Re: 2011 NFL Draft
overall I think JL will be a first round QB, I hope we can get him by trading back into the 1st

Re: 2011 NFL Draft
If they really think he's their guy then I would just draft him at #10 and not try and get cute. Trading back into round 1 from #41 will probably cost them next years #1 pick...I would rather just spend this years #1 pick on him then next years. They can still try and trade back from #41 to gain extra picks and get help in other areas.

Re: 2011 NFL Draft
Caught a little of the coverage of this last night on nfl network. I couldn't pay much attention but from what I heard it sounded like he had a pretty good & accurate day. True?

About what you would expect for a scripted workout. I don't think it changed his stock any.

Re: 2011 NFL Draft
Yes. QB pro days are so artificial. Other than the opportunity for face time with the prospect, pro days don't tell you much unless the guy sucks in his audition. Pro days are so set up to make the guy look good that it is only really news when he fails.

Re: 2011 NFL Draft
Cam may be the most polarizing prospect because of his off-field history. Locker is the most polarizing because of his on-field history.

Re: 2011 NFL Draft
After vascillating a bit on this, I think I am most comfortable with this scenario. Locker has alot of Plummer like qualities and the Snake played well under Shanny's system. Trading back a little, picking up an addidtional pick and still getting Locker would be ideal.
