For the life of me, I still don't see how you can say this...

Statistically, Locker grades out as an undrafted free agent with a 53.9 career completion rate, 15-25 record, and 6.65 yards-per-attempt average.

...but yet still put him at the #10 spot in your mock draft. So you grade him as a UFA, but you think Shanny will grade him as high as the #10 spot? Really?...lol

The guy didnt have much help around him, theres only so much even a very good QB can do. Think about Colt Brennan, he should be a super star with all the wins and completion percentages he had.
