I think the real issue they had with McNabb was his refusal to retool on his footwork, not on his decision not to wear a wristband, which I think hasn't been worn by a Shanahan QB since Plummer. Cutler might have worn one to but in the pics I've seen of him in Denver most of them show him without a wrist band.

Still i don't get the dislike of McNabb the person. McNabb the QB? Fire away, but McNabb is one of the classier guys in the league that becomes bombarded with nonconstructive criticism. For God's sake look no further then the Benard Hopkins comment.

McNabb has a communications degree, so he's probably pretty damn good at pushing the buttons of his audience, and the foolish public eats up his stuff like children eating candy.
