Draftable Punters?

Tom Tupa (Tampa Bay) and Darren Bennett (San Diego) are both FAs. Both are experienced and both are a big step up from what the Skins had last year.

Neither should break the bank...

I've always been intrigued by Tupa, because of his QB experience. You've got to think that the possibility of a fake punt with him in the game affects the coverage by the other team. I know he's not a long term answer, but who really needs a long term answer at punter?

Washington Times is reporting that skins are bringing in Tupa, who visited the team's headquarters in the evening and also could sign before he leaves town.

CBS Sportsline has a hunch that we will trade the #5 to Houston for their first rounder and a 3rd and 4th this year.
