IF there is a CBA agreement with RFA rules similar to those before 2010, you will have the following WRs as unrestricted FAs:

- Sidney Rice
- Santonio Holmes
- Steve Smith (NYG)
- Braylon Edwards

With these guys available, I there won't be much of a market for Plax.
