I genuinely like Donovan McNabb as a person, even though i never felt that he was going to be the solution here.

I feel sorry for him right now because everybody knows that he's done except him. The article about his bleak prospects in Minnesota kind of made me sad, because they are really kind of kicking a guy while he is down. The Doug Pederson reference is also a very sad thing, as now McNabb will get to know what it was like for Pederson when he started half of McNabb's rookie season. He will now know what it is like to be viewed as nothing more than a stop-gap. Ironically enough Pederson is now the QB coach in Philly.

I just dont see McNabb going the way of other washed-out ex-star QB's and settling into the backup role. I believe we may be seeing his last season in the league.
