Awesome. Here are my questions:
Now that you've had a year of the 3-4 defense under your belt, do you have a preference between the 4-3 or 3-4 defense? Does the change in defense matter much for defensive backs? What is the toughest WR/TE you've had to defend? What did you do to stay in shape during the offseason and the lockout? Did you do anything fun, that you wouldn't have been able to do otherwise? Besides London Fletcher, who do you think are the other players that other players look up to? Is there a particular Redskin or NFL players that you look up to? What are your thoughts about the international NFL games? Would you mind if the Redskins play a game in London or Mexico?

What do you think of the application of the Personal Conduct policy? Should Mr. Goodell continue to be the sole judge or should there be a more neutral outside arbitrator?
