There seems to be a different attitude, a more cohesive O line, stiffer D, everything just seems 'shinier' somehow.

Yes, it's preseason but it gives us hope.

Yes, it's preseason but it gives us hope.
Exactly, Shanahan has completely changed the expectations -- let's not forget that our offense has a lot of new pieces and the D-line has basically been remade so I think that balances out any inferior competition we are playing. Let's hope it lasts into the regular season.

Time for the negatives:
2010 San Diego chargers led the league in offense and defense and still didn't make the playoffs so...
