not surprising, this is what it looked to be on tv. a non-contact knee injury where it buckled.

This. There was never a doubt in my mind he had torn his ACL.

It never seems to fail, when there is no contact injury, it's probably pretty serious. I was pretty sure that it was an ACL when he went down holding his knee.

Hopefully, he recovers and can continue his NFL career, whether it's here or not. I've always kinda rooted for him, I hope he can get back and be productive again.

Good thing we have good depth at RB. Is Royster on the PS or is he actually on the roster?

Practice squad. He'll probably sit there since we plan on signing Larry Johnson....*runs and hides*

Seriously though, if Hightower is out Royster would probably be activated. However, we've repeatedly shown interest in Maroney it seems so maybe he's a possibility? I would lean toward Royster being activated

Yeah, definitely looked ugly.

Shame, he is a spark plug for us. We're going to miss his pass-blocking most.

For some reason, Torain is either a beast or useless in any given week. Looks like Helu might be more valuable than ever now. Lets see what he can do with more touches.

well his 2011 beasting was limited to a St. Louis defense that gave up 253 yds to Dallas' 3rd string RB.
