This situation is all about Taylor, not Portis.
True, it is all about Taylor. But a true leader is able to convince people that his way is the right way, or at least demands enough respect for someone who disagrees to at least give it a shot. Look at Gibbs. Of course there are alway some people that you just can't get through to without taking extreme measures....and unfortunately it appears that Sean is one of those people.

As much as he and everyone else talks about character, Gibbs has had guys like this before. Look at Riggins, Manley, I'm sure there were a couple more....they had their own issues and were a pain in the ass to deal with, but they had the talent and ability on the field to make it worthwhile. I'm not saying I agree with it, but as long as the guy shows up to mandatory camp in shape and continues to perform and improve in games, I could care less what he does the remainder of the time.
