Right now I would first see how viable trading up for Luck is, hope that the Colts are willing to deal and make an Eli Manning like trade. Plan B would be to look at Tannehill and Moore.

I hate to say it but we'd never do that. As much as I would love it to be good in like 5 years, Shanahan doesn't seem to have any patience or care about care about re-building at all. If I remember right the Manning trade was two firsts, a second, a third, and a fifth. I just can't see a man like Mike, who is trying to win now, and seems to have the philosophy of quantity over quality (defer to last two drafts), give up that many picks. He wants alot of players and he wants them now.
Personally I would love the move, but I think if we do it we''d have to wait a good 5 years before being competitive. We already lack young talent on our team, and to give up so many picks would further that void. Yeah luck is good, but no infant qb in the league can peyton manning his team to the playoffs consistently. He's going to need time to develop or pieces around him now to win.
Also I think the colts would be crazy to draft anybody but luck.
