We hear this all the time.

But didn't Gruden do it? Raiders/buccaneers? Who else? Tuna comes to mind but I think he just got them close.

This topic came up on another site and I think Gruden was the most recent but long before him and the so called NFL when both NFC and AFC were seperate entities there were a few coaches who did it also. Obviously not to the SB but to their championship games at the time.
