Re: Was Jamie Dukes out of line on Ryan Mallett?

The remark really doesn't hit me as racist...hell where were all these people and "politically correct" crap when Jason Williams was being call "White Chocolate". No way that happens now. I think it ridiculous the double standard that exists in todays society regarding what can be said and what can't. Black guy says something and it is just laughed at. For example, Greg Jennings talking about Jordy Nelson. Stereo typing his as the typical white guy that can't run or can't jump.
here is the comment '

“I was talking to ‘Wood’ in the fourth quarter and he said, ‘When you see Jordy out there, you think, “Oh well, he’s a white wide receiver. He won’t be very athletic.” But Jordy sort of breaks all those stereotypes,’” quarterback Aaron Rodgers said. “I am not sure why he keeps sneaking up on guys.”

It says it was from Rogers, but it was Jennings who origanly said it, and Rogers came to his defense and agreed to the statement.
Now had a white guy said something stereotypical of a black athlete all hell would have broke loose.
