As a #1 overall pick, I'd think that's a bad situation to be walking into, especially when I'm 'game ready' to most scouts and coaches. Since you referenced Montana/Young, both of them acknowledge how difficult that was for both of them to deal with and how unhappy they both were. Back to the premise of the original post, if you are Oliver Luck, is that what you want for your kid or do you want him to go somewhere to create his own legacy?
