Re: And with the 6th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the redskins select...........
I love DeCastro!! He's a stud, one of the best G to come out in long time. Martin is also an excellent T, as good as Kalil in my opinion. Stanford's OL controlled the running game and passing game against an excellent OKS team, those guys are hogs.

Don't agree with him being as good as Kalil, Kalil is a once every 5 years kind of tackle, Martins a Russell Okung (Hey remember him!) clone. Levy Adock from OKSU looked like a NFL RT in my opinion..should be someone to consider.

It boggles my mind that so many mock drafts have us picking Trent Richardson at #6. it's like these guys are just pulling names out of the hat.

The Bengals want him though, so we should deal the pick to them if we can't get RGIII at 6 or we address QB in free agency or via trade. Especially if we can grab a #1 WR in free agency. |

Point is this ain't gonna happen. You will see Shan fulfill his entire contract and if he does any good (and he will) he will get a new deal.

Sure it sucks that we have to wait until season 3 of Shanahan to get our potential franchise QB moving forward, but what good does it do to fire Shanahan if he's not a 10 win coach in his first year with his new (and likely rookie) QB?

Unless there is an available HC who would likely do better at developing that rookie (franchise) QB...
