However, looking at the teams that played this past Sunday, I think a lot of their success comes from their coaches (esp Darth Hoody). I want to see MS be able to motive this team and start winning big games that matter.

I know we need talent, but I feel at times this season the team played without any motivation and at times it seemed that they quit on the field. I don't want to see anymore ego battles between MS and players. What I want to see is a team that is willing to do anything for their coach. One thing I admire from Bill Belichick is that he seems to motivate his team to do anything.
