A lot of fans act like the guy is 38 years old. He can play until his late 30's. He could easily have a 8-10 year career if he's good enough. Everyone needs to remember that Weeden isn't a running back. If the front office thinks he's good enough then being 29 shouldn't really matter. I'd have no problem taking him in the 2nd round.

Still age is a big difference for a QB-starved team. Plus, with him there is no "let's develop him" because of his age. If you want him as a back up, then age is not an issue. If you want him as a starter, then he better start from day one.
