Joe Flacco. Sorry, quality QB almost always trumps elite player at any other position.

Expect Flacco is not all that quality. If we traded for RGIII and the best he every got was Flacco that would be a fail for us.

Re: And with the 6th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the redskins select...........
huge fail. if we went for rg3 and he was anything less than vick it would be a fail imo. for what we would have to give up he would need to be elite. i think the best thing we would be suited to do is draft some one like tannehill or weeden later in the draft and see if they work out. then possibly get a qb in the draft next year, like the panthers did with clausen and newton. it wasn't but about two months ago when we all thought the redskins qb was going to be matt barkley. i hope they shanahans build on what they did last year by acquiring as many draft picks as possible, and drafting wisely. that said at the end of the day i am buying in on shanny more and more and trust his decision. i don't know if he will be here to win a championship, but he seems to be building something pretty solid here.

Ngata is one of the best players in the league regardless of position. Can't say that about Flacco.

In St. Louis, Redskins viewed as favorites to trade up with Rams | ProFootballTalk
According to Profootballtalk.com, the Redskins are the favorites to trade up with the Rams. But I'm sure everyone knows about it already. It also appears that the Cleveland Browns are not going to use their two first round picks to try and trade up in the draft. On the Browns part, it's an intelligent move because it gives them the chance to draft two quality players that could have an immediate impact on their team. |

If I was the skins I stay put cause the Browns are not giving away 2 1st round picks.

Morris Claiborne and the Bucs seem to be the wild card in all this

Really think so? I mean he passes for like 10 yards in that game vs NE a few years back and jc has actually been solid as of late
