Besides veterans playing ILB, the most prominent name I can think of to replace Fletcher on our defense would be Bart Scott. Unless Fletcher's pending replacement is already on the roster, I'm not sure how effective a draft pick would be. I heard that the Dallas Cowboys plan to part ways with Keith Brooking, but Brooking is not as good as Fletcher or Scott in playing inside linebacker.
