I'm guessing he wasn't aware of his prior offense.

2 DUI's in less than 2 years definitely = pure stupidity on Blackmon's part. Not a good way to start your NFL career. Someone call this guy a cab.

Haha.. My bad, missed that part. Clearly this was then.. repetitive. Hope he learns, but clearly he has an issue at this point..
