If they take the Cooley cap space and carry $3 million more of the cap charge this year as opposed to next year, they could carry $21 M this year and $15 M next year. If they did that, Cooley coming off the 2013 books would free the $4.9 M in space I mentioned, plus the $3 M of cap charge, overall could create $7.9 M in space for 2013.
