Hall will be playing free safety this season as opposed to a strict CB. It will take a little time to adjust but once he does I believe he will have more INT's and a better angle of attack to tackle. The position shift will utilize his speed and size more efficiently.

Instead of getting torched one on one as he tends to do, he will now have the advantage of reading the defense and positioning himself in the heart of the offensive movement creating more surprise INT's as well as fast closing tackles.

And who will play CB in his place? So Hall isn't a shutdown CB. He's what the Skins have at the moment. Hope for the best until there's a better option. It could be worse. He could be hurt all the time and a inconsistent player.

Hall recently admitted himself, he is not a great CB. Unfortunately he is the best CB on the Redskins. So I will continue to support him as long as he's here. With that said, I do believe he has the tools to be great. HTTR!
