The good news is that Wilson appears ready to go this week. Having Wilson out for any period of time would have been detrimental.

Shouldn't the league also fine the refs for poor officiating, or better yet sit them for a game?

The fine against Morgan is totally bogus IMO. Leave punishment up the franchise/coach in a situation where there was no risk to injury.
