That said I recall plenty of folks not being big fans of Gibbs 2.0. Remember the "he backed into the playoffs twice" stuff?

I have eternal hope that the next hire is the right guy for the fanbase and franchise.

The Redskins are not an easy job for a coach. It takes a special person to win here.
