I'm not saying Compton has no value just because he went to a smaller school. What I'm saying is the front office should always think in terms of being better off. If D.J. Fluker was available in the 3rd round next April, would the Redskins pick him or would Mike Shanahan draft another position, trade the pick and move down, or select that RT from Alabama that could answer your problem at RT?

What I meant by saying what I said about following college football is this: many football fans in the NFL are not familiar with the schools in the Big Sky conference or the WAC conference. Most football fans are familiar with the ACC, the BIG EAST, the BIG 12, BIG 10, and PAC 12.

A lot of people who even follow college football don't even think of the division 2 schools just NCAA division 1 colleges. This is what I meant when I said what I said.
