Garcon is too valuable. But all in all, Banks needs to be replaced. The only time he ever runs one back is in the preseason to prevent from getting cut. When he's on the opening day roster, he doesn't do much all year. Kyle Shanahan said earlier in the year that they would try to utilize what Banks can do offensively but Banks hasn't been heard from on offense for weeks. I'm not sure where he fits it.

We desperately need another return man.

I would be completely content with Niles Paul returning kicks full time. While banks is still here, leave him to punts unless Moss is up for it.. I'd rather go with paul on kicks and Moss on punts every time though.
