This Is The Year For Dockery

Dockery's improvement is VERY important to the offense this year. I hope I'm wrong, but I think he's destined to be a mediocre guard in the NFL and will wind up as a career back-up.

However, he ain't gonna move over to defense. One of his major shortcomings as an offensive guard is that he is not quick with his first couple of steps. That's polite; he is REALLY SLOW wioth his first couple of steps and then rumbles into gear. On the DL, that is a ticket outta town.
