I know the Giants' owner said on WFAN last year that the team was in "cap hell"...but they must really be in trouble this year. They've now released Chris Canty and Ahmad Bradshaw. They're also not re-signing Osi Umenyiora. Cruz is an anticipated holdout because he wants a raise and Tuck is in his last year too.
