my understanding is the new rule requires flags, then when the ball carrier is about to run past an opposing player, he has to stop, ask if he may pass, then the defender has to ask if he can grab the flag. I have a different understanding... instead of a football there will be a balloon, players will be outfitted with bras and tinfoil hats, and there will be no more tackling, instead they will give hugs and compliments to each other. I already started a marketing tool of gooey happiness that lives within all men that will improve your game. I am going to market it as a sports drink.
